No refunds are made for digital products.
It is not possible to exchange when the area or type is requested by mistake.
Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect.
In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@concept-kw.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to get the error report from the supplier company, the waiting time may take from 4 to 5 working days or more.
